Scaffold Inspector

Duration: 2 days, 08h00 to 16h30 (1 hour lunch)
Summary: A modular Course for those who are tasked with the Inspection of access scaffolding, ladders and trestles. SANS 10085-1:2004. The focus of this course is on the inspection of steel access scaffold as per the OHS Act.
Accreditation: Aligned to 263205 Inspection of access scaffolding NQF level 04. SAIOSH accredited for two CPD points.

Entry requirements: ABET level 4 (Basic reading, writing and arithmetic). Minimum Course duration 2 days.
Min 2 years scaffold erection experience, or have completed a recognised/accredited scaffold erectors course.
Medium of instruction and training materials are in English.
Min/max number of learners Minimum: 8 learners per course
Maximum: 25 learners per course
Who Should Attend: All workers who have been nominated or appointed as scaffold Inspectors.
