Amokoro Training (Pty) Ltd is a level 4, value adding contributor with a 26% black ownership with a 100% recognition level.

Our training provision is designed to be mobile. This allows for training to be conducted “on-site”, or at venues close to the learners. We train throughout Southern Africa.

We are also approved by the Chief Inspector Department of Labour: CI No. 575 for first aid training and are compliant with Chief Inspector notice G1463 of 2017, issued in December 2017.

Amokoro has training equipment and materials to ensure the most up to date and effective training and assessment of its learners. This includes data projectors, laptops, screens, CPR Dolls, First aid training kits, full scaffold sets, ladders, tool boxes and so forth.

We also have an established network of facilitators and assessors affording us the opportunity to build sufficient capacity as and when needed.

Established and Maintained Quality Management System (QMS)

Each company has an established QMS which is audited externally by the CETA as part of our accreditation requirements.

Amokoro provides quality training and assessment to its learners and clients. The company is continually improving its business processes and courses. The management team are committed to the provision of training and assessment of the highest standard.

The company has well established training processes, which are constantly evaluated and reviewed as part of the quality management process.

A comprehensive set of processes and procedures from the booking and enrolment of a learner and the preparation of training materials and manuals, to the actual training and assessment, moderation, learner support and administration are tried and tested.

Reporting and record keeping

Our learner database system allows not only for accurate and reliable record keeping of learner results, but also for the generation of a wide range of reports for the SETA, client or internal management. These training reports greatly assist the client in reporting on workplace skills plans, training and skills assessments where requested.
