Summary: | A modular course for employees who have a need to understand HIV AIDS and the implications to themselves and others within the work as well as family and social context. |
Accreditation: | The training is aligned to unit standard 13915 Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of HIV/AIDS in a workplace, and its effects on a business sub-sector, own organisation and a specific workplace NQF level 03. |

Entry requirements: | ABET level 4 (Basic reading). Medium of instruction and training materials are in English. |

Who Should Attend: | This course is for any learner who needs to demonstrate an understanding of sexuality and sexually transmitted infections (STIs), including HIV/AIDS, and the impact of these infections on oneself, as well as in the workplace and society. It is also aimed at encouraging a healthy lifestyle. |
